Our Risk Assessment for the Unit was carried out by Red Cat Partnership Health & Safety Consultants, Norwich. 

Incident Log, Fire Extinguishers and First Aid Kit

Please record any incidents in the logbook, which is stored in the top drawer in the unit. A fire extinguisher is located under the sink unit. A Basic First Aid kit is also provided; please advise us if any items are used so that we can ensure they are replaced.
