For orders containing Frozen goods:
Orders are shipped Monday to Thursday via DHL's Next Day Service. Orders must be received by 12pm on Thursday. Orders received between 12pm Thursday and 12pm Monday will be shipped on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. This is because the shipping services do not guarantee weekend deliveries.
Deliveries of frozen items are always shipped on a 'MUST DELIVER/DO NOT RETURN TO DEPOT' basis. As a result, if ordering frozen products from Pettitt and Boo, you acknowledge that our couriers will leave items safely if you are not home. We highly recommend stating where a courier can leave an item safely if you are not at home. Further details are available HERE.
Please note that 'Next Day' is the description of the DHL service. Our fulfilment time will be stated at checkout and may be up to 3 days depending on when you place your order.
Orders of frozen goods that are UNDER 5KG are more at risk of defrosting, so we highly recommend ordering a minimum of 5kg to reduce the risk of defrosting. Unfortunately we cannot accept claims for refunds for defrosted products when the minimum frozen weight is under 5kg.
For non-frozen/regular items:
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday on a next-day DHL delivery service. Deliveries must be placed prior to midday.
