Pettitt and Boo is the largest retailer of Raw Dog Foods and Treats in Norfolk, with three wonderful shops; Catton, Cromer & Castle Quarter. We're known for our outstanding customer service and reliable consultancy.
We're looking for part-time staff to join our experienced and friendly team at our exciting store in Cromer. We are unique in the UK as being a genuinely natural dog treat pick-and-mix store, with the added advantage of being a raw feeding consultancy centre. Customer Service is at the heart of what we do... we have awesome reviews because we go the extra mile to help our customers with any questions they may have about their pets' food. The ideal candidate will be confident in approaching customers and offering help and guidance. This role is for weekday shifts, although additional overtime shifts may also be available at the Cromer store and at our other Norfolk stores. Day-to-day role:
Customer service is hugely important to us; we have grown considerably due to the outstanding service we continually provide our customers. Whilst we do provide training via the Pettitt & Boo Academy, knowledge and recognised qualifications in pet care/zoology/veterinary sciences/biology/chemistry is an advantage. An understanding of raw feeding is also favourable.
Your day will include:
- serving customers and providing appropriate advice for their pets needs.
- checking and unpacking stock deliveries (this may involve some lifting/moving of boxes, so you need to be physically fit)
- keeping the shop tidy and products neatly displayed
- fussing and giving treats to all the furbabies that visit.
