Toys Are Not Indestructible
While many of our toys are designed with durability in mind, no toy is completely indestructible. Please select toys suitable for your dog's size, age, and chewing habits to help ensure their longevity.
Supervised Play Is Essential
For your pet's safety and to prolong the life of their toys, dogs should never be left unsupervised with a toy. Supervision allows you to monitor wear and tear and remove toys that may become unsafe. Our qualified pet care team and other pet care professionals recommend that pets should not be left with a toy in excess of 15 minutes.
Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 days.
Incorrect Items
If your order contains an error, please notify us within 24 hours so we can rectify the issue quickly.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@petandco.co.uk.

Let customers speak for us
My dog has loved each of the flavours she has tried so far,
Fast & efficient service, product arrived in good time & the contents were exactly as described.
Highly recommend this food. I tried so many tins and packets for our rescue Jack Russell. Then a family member recommended Natural Instinct and he’s eating every meal. Delivery is excellent too.
Our dog loves them, but with him they only last for seconds and therefore a very expensive treat!
Nutriment Raw Core Range - Assorted
My dog's absolutely love this food.
And the service is absolutely amazing.
Arrived when expected and great quality
Price is good and it’s good to know they are not full of rubbish and my dogs really enjoy them.
Natural Instinct Natural Range 1kg
Great value.
One suggestion please look at ways we can return white delivery boxes for home delivery
Dogs love them as a little treat.
I ordered the beef jerky not really knowing what it would be like. Well my two pooches absolutely loved it. I wished I'd bought more !
My dogs love a pigs ear as a special treat.
Nutriment Raw Core Range - Assorted
The frozen sprats I purchase from Pettitt and Boo are the best I've found for my dogs . They actually look good enough for us to have as whitebait but I've never tried them.
